- Welcome to all! As a hobby, I collect vintage fashion magazines and enjoy sharing the collection with others. These images are still very difficult to find on the internet in abundance and as large, clear scans. I experience a lot of laughter, artistic satisfaction and insight as I muse about the content of these images. However, as the Spanish proverb goes, "Unshared joy is an unlighted candle." This is a very proactive approach to a first-date. A sort of role playing before you get your feet wet. What a good idea. Today's first-date stumpers would be much more complicated, but the problem solvers in this 1944 quiz still cover the basics. Is there really anything new under the sun? LOL That's what these vintage Seventeen magazines remind me about. That our humanity and condition has always been the same. Only the details change.
